The place was newly decorated and had very courteous and excellent staff who were customer service oriented, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The unit we got was extremely spacious with the bedroom, heater, as example. The breakfast was served in the bar and the food was good. Nothing to complain about, the hotel met requirements.
Nothing not to love!

The location of the hotel is a definite plus as it is in the heart of the city and close to restaurants, bars and the city centre. it is in a renovated area and is perfect for those who want to be right in the centre of the action.
The service at the hotel is quite poor compared to other hotels in the city.

Charming Location
My recent stay at El Hana International was perfectly situated in a prime location. Despite the outdated decor, the 9th floor offered stunning views. Although the food was not the best, the value for money was satisfactory. I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel has a great central location, with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and shopping options nearby. The taxi service is also very convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The hotel was not up to standard in terms of facilities. The showers were old and in need of maintenance, and the air conditioning was ineffective, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and saved me some money. the hotel is located in a central area, which was convenient for exploring the city and visiting local attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with a decent amount of space.
The elevator seemed quite old and a bit unreliable, and I heard of a recent accident involving it. the television in the room didn't seem to work.
